Adorebeauty.com.au has a 130-Day Returns Policy. If a change of mind occurs about a purchase, the product is welcome to be returned. The items must be returned within 130 days after the purchase date. The items should be unopened, unused and in the original packaging for change of mind, ordered incorrect item and the Scent Room promise. Gift cards/vouchers purchased cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash unless faulty. Shipping on Refundid returns is at the cost of the customer and is deducted from the refund. Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount. Orders placed with gift cards or store credit will have the full amount refunded via Refundid, the gift card/store credit will not be reinstated, unless returned via the returns form. If an allergic reaction to a product occurs, a photo of the reaction should be taken and use of the product should be discontinued immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with them. Adore will cover the shipping costs for allergy returns. If an item arrives damaged, a photo should be taken and contact should be made within 7 days of delivery. If the wrong item is received, it can be returned free of charge and Adore will cover any shipping costs. If the item received is faulty, a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible should be provided to organise a refund or replacement.
