• Unsuccessful delivery: If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully due to wrong address provided by the buyer or a mistake by the buyer, the loss is not covered. If the parcel is sent to a wrong address due to a mistake by klaiyihair.com, they can resend the parcel or offer a refund. If the parcel is lost by the shipping company, the buyer should contact the delivery company for more details.
• Customer refusal: The buyer should not directly refuse to sign the package with the courier before contacting klaiyihair.com customer service. If done so, the long-term shipping time waste & shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
