At Spier & Mackay, all regular-priced items are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items that are purchased on sale or using a promo/discount code are eligible for returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days from the date of delivery, all items are considered Final Sale and no longer eligible for returns.

For the first pair of underwear, if it doesn't meet expectations for any reason, a different size can be requested or a full refund can be received, and there's no need to send the pair back as a return. All subsequent or additional underwear purchases are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If the first pair was purchased at full price (without discounts, discount codes, or during sales), there are 30 days from the day of receiving the item to request a refund or replacement. If the first pair was purchased on sale (including use of a discount code or at a reduced price), there are 14 days from the day of receiving the item to request a refund or replacement.

Please note that Spier & Mackay no longer processes exchanges for online orders. Instead, the current purchase can be returned for a refund or store credit, and a new order can be placed for the replacement products. This significantly speeds up the exchange process and allows for quicker processing of returns.

Once the return label has been created, there are 14 days to use that label to return the order. If the return label has not been used within the 14-day window and expires, then the order is considered Final Sale and no longer eligible for return.

Please be aware that purchasing a Final Sale item is at the customer's own risk. If unsure of the size, color, style, or fit, it is advised not to purchase any Final Sale products. Any garment that has been altered, hemmed, washed, or worn is ineligible for returns.

For customers located in Canada, a free return is offered on the first purchase of Suits, Sport Coats, Shoes, Dress & Casual Trousers, Outerwear, Knitwear and Dress & Casual Shirts. After the first purchase, return fees will be deducted from the refund.

In addition, restocking fees will apply for any returned item that is missing the following components: tags and stitches, hanger (e.g. suit, sport coat, outerwear), or garment bag (e.g. suit, sport coat, outerwear).
